Can you add the screenshots on ProcedureFlow so we can assist customers with their online account. you have this in the Ref but would be great if it also appears here.

ProcedureFlow does have a feature to add images/screenshots. Requests for flow changes should be done through ProcedureFlow’s contributor permissions or by request through your company’s flow mappers.

ProcedureFlow does the ability to add images (or screenshots in this case). Many of our customers do include screenshots for clarity. I am going to remove your feature request from this forum as it is a specific request for LADWP, but I will pass your feedback along to some of the people within LADWP that work to build out your flows.
