To-Do list functionality within ProcedureFlow
Currently I've been having to update multiple flows on a weekly basis due to the customer I support adding/modifying my team's responsibilities as they work on implementing a new project.
With the continual changes and how our shifts works, I will generally need to prioritize the work that needs to be done in a To-Do spreadsheet that we have uploaded to our Sharepoint. Although this works for us for the time being, it would be great if there was a built-in function (doesn't have to be fancy, such as a text editor that's simple as notepad built into PF) where people who work on flows can add and save notes such as TO-DO lists that others who work on flows would be able to view when they log into PF to know what needs to be worked on first.
Social Mapping takes care of this request.

Great observation! For sure, that makes sense and I'll close this one down so you can get some votes back!

With the new functionality introduced (editor/approver, discussion of individual changes), I believe that these are as effective and in some cases better then simple TO-DO list, thus I do not think this idea is required anymore.

So if I understand you correctly, you have a team of people that work on opposite shifts and you want to have continuous flow development, everyone working off the same to-do list of things that need to be mapped, in a priority. I think this is a great idea. I might suggest a tool simple tool like Trello for your team right now (or dropbox and notepad, etc...), as we won't be able to get to this for a little while, but we'll see how it gets voted on in here and we'll start to think through how teams of flow editors work together to map out new territory! Thanks for this great idea and for stretching the way we think about ProcedureFlow!! : )
