Better Usage Reporting
Need better reporting to help us understand how procedure flow is being used. Report ideas that are relevant to us include frequency of login by user for a time period (month, year), and most recent log in. For flows - number of times viewed, to help identify which flows have the most traffic.

Just an update that we have begun development work that will provide more high value reports you can use to see how users are interacting with the flows.

Thank you for this suggestion Jean. Reporting is something that we see as a key to our success. We currently have two views:
1 - Administration > Users > Last Active Column
This tells you the last time someone logged in. This can be useful to get an idea of who is and isn't using ProcedureFlow.
2 - Administration > Reports > Unreviewed Changes > [Entry Point Name]
This is a simple, but powerful view that shows you who is looking at change notifications. The easiest way to see if your team is engaged is to push a new process change and see how fast people view that change.
We have much more that we want to do with reporting and we will be working with customers in 2017-2018 to build out more reports that help you answer questions about both user activity and general usage analytics. We'll keep you posted!
