Ability to add files, such as word docs, instead of having to list them as URLs.
One of the teams I am currently doing a flow for uses a certain template throughout the process of working a ticket. They need to be able to access that template and save a copy for each ticket. It would be nice to be able to add the word doc itself, instead of having to link a URL for them to access this template. It would save time, since with the URLs, they have to enter in their login credentials each time to access where it would be located. It would work for other templates etc that other teams I am doing flows for use as well.

Thanks for the feedback Lori! We do get asked about this a lot. Our current thinking is that there is a lot that goes into managing permissions, versions and settings for file repository storage. Companies like Dropbox with millions of dollars in funding and revenue are solely dedicated to this cause. We don't think we can afford at this time (or maybe ever) to focus on being a file repository.
We will keep thinking about it and maybe consider other options like integrations, embedding, etc...

Personally, I'd rather keep all files under our firewall/network. I think the URL feature is great, for us. But I see the need for adding directly in the flow -- depends on what the file is. I upvoted this because of that. Great idea to have both features available.
